Obiettivi formativi
L'insegnamento si pone l'obiettivo di fornire una panoramica sui principali aspetti e problematiche legati ai sistemi informativi aziendali e alle reti che ne costituiscono l'infrastruttura.
Per quanto riguarda la parte di corso sui Sistemi Informativi (SI), verranno introdotti i concetti fondamentali relativi alla gestine dei dati e dei processi all'interno di un'azienda (partendo dal concetto stesso di processo aziendale, fino ad arrivare all'analisi di una base dati per estrazione automatica di informazione dai dati).La parte di corso su Gestione delle Reti Aziendali (GR) riguarda le reti e sistemi di gestione, che si concentra soprattutto sugli aspetti di gestione distribuita di sistemi distribuiti. L'aspetto preponderante e' quindi quello della comunicazione fra applicazioni e macchine, in primo luogo perche' un sistema distribuito deve essere gestito mediante una piattaforma di gestione che e' a sua volta distribuita sia sulle macchine sottoposte a gestione, sia sulle macchine usate come strumento di gestione; in secondo luogo perche' la comunicazione fra macchine ed applicazioni e' il componente essenziale da gestire.
The course aims to provide students with an overview of the main aspects and issues related to corporate information systems and networks that make up the infrastructure of a business company.
The part of the course on Information Systems focuses on the the fundamental concepts related to data and process management within a company (starting with the concept of a business process itself, and ending with the analysis of a database for automatic extraction of information from data).The part on Networks Management provides an overview on networks and management systems, with a focus on the aspects of distributed management of distributed systems. The appearance preponderant is then that of communication between applications and machines, in the first place because a distributed system has to be managed using a management platform and that is in turn distributed on both machines subjected to management, and of the machines used as management tool; secondly because communication between machines and applications, is the essential component to manage.

Modalità di insegnamento
L'insegnamento è articolato in 48 ore di didattica frontale.
La frequenza è obbligatoria per le 48 ore dell’insegnamento.
- Per ciascun insegnamento è necessaria la frequenza di almeno il 70% delle ore programmate per essere ammessi agli esami e conseguire i relativi CFU.
- Per il tirocinio è necessaria la frequenza del 100% delle ore programmate
Le modalità e la verifica dell’obbligo di frequenza sono indicate sulla Guida al corso di studio, paragrafo “Obbligo di frequenza”.
Teaching consists of 48 hours of frontal teaching.
Attendance is compulsory for the 40 hours of teaching.
- For each course, attendance of at least 70% of the scheduled hours is required in order to be admitted to the exams and obtain the corresponding credits.
- For the internship, 100% attendance of the scheduled hours is required.
The methods and verification of the attendance requirement are indicated in the Study Programme Guide, paragraph ‘Obbligo di frequenza’.

Modalità di verifica dell'apprendimento
La verifica dell'apprendimento avverrà mediante quiz con domande a risposta multipla, attraverso la piattaforma moodle.
The learning assessment will take place through a test with multiple-choice questions, via the Moodle platform.

Attività di supporto
Durante il corso verranno svolte attività di tutorato durante le quali gli studenti sono invitati a porre quesiti su quanto non compreso durante le lezioni.
La partecipazione alle attività di tutorato è facoltativa (e non rientra nel calcolo del 70% della frequenza obbligatoria), ma è tuttavia caldamente consigliata a TUTTI gli studenti per una buona preparazione all'esame.
The course will include tutoring activities; students are invited to ask questions about items eventually not included in academic lessons.
Participation in tutoring activities is optional (and is not included in the calculation of 70% of compulsory attendance), but it is strongly recommended to ALL students for a good preparation for the exam.
