Obiettivi formativi
Il corso si propone di preparare gli studenti ad una gestione efficace ed efficiente dei processi e dei progetti aziendali, fornendo delucidazioni in merito agli strumenti più idonee ed alle tecniche pià utilizzate dalle imprese ed avendo quale particolare riferimento le imprese manifatturiere orientate al profitto.
The course aims at training students for an effective and efficient management of business processes and projects, providing a clear explanation of the most appropriate instruments and the techniques most widely used by enterprises with special reference to profit oriented manufacturing enterprises.
Students who attend this course should acquire the indispensable knowledge for playing, in the future, organizational roles for process and/or project manager or process and/or project team member, within the structure of the enterprise.

Il corso si struttura in due grandi aree tematiche.
La prima parte verterà sull'illustrazione dei concetti fondamentali inerenti alla gestione per processi aziendali.

Didactical method
The course is divided into two different parts.
The first part of the course, which lasts about 30 hours, will deal with the explanation of the main concepts of business processes management.
The program of this first part can be summarized as follows:
1. the business functional approach: advantages and limits of a mere functional management and organization
2. the business processes approach:
• typology of processes, classifications and modality of representation
• the processes management for the creation of value: BPI and BPR
• the processes approach from the organizational point of view
• the management of processes, informative systems of processes and the process management of employees
• limits of the processes approach
The second part of the course, which lasts about 5 hours, will deal with the explanation of the main concepts of business projects management .
The program of this second part can be summarized as follows:
1. the definition of the concepts of project and program and related classifications
2. project management: operating, organizational and economic-financial aspects
3. involved organizational roles
Experts from the business world will be invited to talk about their experiences during the two parts of the course.Course content
